About Aroona Security Doors and Screens

Aroona Security Doors and Screens manufacture and install a range of high-quality, locally made insect and security screens across the Sunshine Coast region. We service the entire region, including the Sunshine Coast Hinterland, Caloundra and Palmview areas. Our products all come with a minimum 12-month warranty on both the products and workmanship.

Owner Grant purchased Aroona Security Doors and Screens nine years ago but started installing security screens in 1983. Prior to installing security screens, Grant was a glazier working professionally with glass and mirrors. Consequently, he holds many licenses and prior years of practical and relevant industry experience. We are a family business and remain locally owned and operated.

Aroona Security Doors and Screens offer a wide product selection to match our expert advice. You can visit us in Caloundra at Unit 3/1 Sydal Street. Our opening hours are Monday to Thursday from 8am to 4pm, Friday from 8am to 2pm and Saturdays by appointment only. We are a current Queensland Building and Construction Commission licence holder – QBCC 74552 and are also a Crimsafe licensee.

Our Process

At Aroona Security Doors and Screens, we understand that any additions and changes to your home can be disruptive. Due to this, we make the entire process of investing in screens and doors simple, streamlined and quick. We begin by booking in a completely obligation-free measure and quote. By doing this straight away, we are able to provide you with an accurate quote, exact measurements of the space and can simultaneously view and assess the space to provide expert guidance and advice.

Once the quote has been approved, we send you an invoice and require a 30% deposit. After this, we move into the production of your new screens. Time frames vary with different products and sizes, but we manufacture the screens in-house and keep to around a two-week turnaround. This allows us to custom order materials, colours and other items required to finish the job.

Once the manufacturing stage has been completed, we phone you and book in a time to install the screens. The exact process for installation changes with the product or service you have chosen, but we ensure that all installations are stress free and timely.
